- I don't think the 33.6 code is availible just yet.. In any case,
- all the upgrade is is a new set of .VXD drivers. You probably just delete
- the old ones (well, actually better save them in a temporary dirrectory
- just in case) and replace them with the new software.

- It offloads the modem to your host CPU. Pretty much everything is
- done in software, include compression, error control, AT commands, etc.
- etc. Basically this modem is just a DSP on a card, and is completely
- useless without the Windows drivers.

- Well, assumming you never leave Windows land, you should be ok,
- although if you ever want to run a non-Windows application your out of
- luck. As long as your in Windows performance should be pretty much
- identicle as the regular Sportsters.
